Convention House

Over the course of our Summer Programme, we have been working with Sable Radio, who are based at Convention House, St Mary’s Street, Leeds, LS9 7DP. The Sable Radio studio will be used for the Open Deck event with Ashley Holmes, which coincides with his commission ‘Distend’ at Leeds Art Gallery.

Convention House has one main entrance to the front with a dropped curb to facilitate access, there is a lift at the entrance of the building that can be used to access all floors. The studio is on the upper ground floor, and there are steps which can be used to access the room or alternatively the lift can be used. In addition to this there are accessible toilets on each floor of the building.
